Wednesday 08-10-2025 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM

This may result intermittent dis-connections during a period of 5-10 minutes affecting the services listed below:

Impacted services:

  • MyCloud Computing
  • MyCloud PBX

If you are not able to access any of the affected services post this maintenance, please contact the support team.

We will be performing a network upgrade on our core network infrastructure in order to provide enhanced performance. The date and time is as follows: 

Sunday 05-10-2025 04:00 AM to 06:00 AM

This may result in between 1 and 3 disconnections of the broadband services. These disconnection's will cause users' routers to re-establish their PPP sessions immediately to other equipment. We do not anticipate any such disconnection lasting more than 5 minutes.

Our network team is performing change on Core Network that will unfortunately impact Broadband services.

The Planned work window is on 31/08/2025 from 04:00 AM to 06:00 AM, 

This may cause an broadband service disconnect multiple times for 5-10 minutes during activity. All work will be complete by 06:00 AM.
