We will be performing a network upgrade on our core network infrastructure in order to provide enhanced performance. The date and time is as follows: 


Sunday 14/12/2025  04:00 AM - 06:00 AM 


This may result in between 1 and 3 disconnections of the broadband services. These disconnection's will cause users' routers to re-establish their PPP sessions immediately to other equipment. We do not anticipate any such disconnection lasting more than 5 minutes.

Partial disruption to MyCloud Computing Infrastructure - 04:30 AM - 05:30 AM on 05/11/2025

One of our storage nodes experienced a malfunction, resulting in an unexpected reboot of a number of virtual machines. During this time, these VMs were temporarily unavailable.

The affected storage node has been isolated, and all impacted VMs have been restarted and are now fully operational.

Our supplier would be performing maintenance for lease line services. Customers with affected services have already been contacted directly. We apologies in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Impact : Supplier engineer will migrate their first aggregation router to a new location. This is part of their network consolidation project. Please expect an outage of 60 minutes during the specified window.
