We will be performing a network upgrade on our core network infrastructure in order to provide enhanced performance. The date and time is as follows:

Saturday 23-01-2021 04:00 AM to 08:00 AM

This may result in intermittent disconnections during the above window affecting the services listed below:

  • Hosted Firewall Services
  • MyCloud Computing

  • NetSTATS
  • NetWATCH
  • Cerberus Website

We will be performing routine maintenance work on our MyCloud Computing Internet gateways Infrastructure at the following time:

Friday 25-12-2020 03:00 AM to 08:00 AM

This may result in between 1 or 2 disconnections of hosted VMs and VPN utilising MyCloud Computing gateway services while it fail over to another cluster node. We do not anticipate any such disconnection lasting more than 30 seconds.
