All systems and services have been restored and are online as usual.

We continue to bring up systems. Some equipment requires some reconfiguration after the outage. We expect remaining systems to be up within 40-60 minutes.

Power has been restored. Some equipment has been affected by the power outage event and we are bringing customer systems back on line. We expect this to take up to 30-60 minutes.

There has been a major power outage in the Greenford area affecting our office and server hosting centre.

It appears to have affected connectivity infrastructure in the area causing loss of connectivity to our facility via diverse circuits.

The outage has affected the following customer systems

  • MyCloud Computing Business Edition services
  • Some MyCloud PBX services

It has also affected our telephone system meaning that we cannot take telephone calls though you can still contact us via email.
