We will be performing a Firewall cluster upgrade on our core network infrastructure in order to fix critical level vulnerability. The date and time is as follows:

Saturday 21-09-2019 03:00 AM to 05:00 AM

This may result intermittent disconnections of 30 sec to 1 minute during a period of 2 hours affecting the services listed below:

  • Hosted Security
  • IP VPN
  • Hosted Firewall Services (few customer affected - send individual email notification to affected customer only)
  • MyCloud Computing
  • SMTP3
  • NetSTATS
  • Cerberus Website
  • NetCONNECT Portal
  • RDNS
  • MyCloud hosted Services
