Service Information

New or existing phone number: You can either choose a new phone number for your MyCloud Voice service with a geographical prefix of your choice, or you can port in an existing number from an existing provider. If you port a number in from a standard phone line, that that phone line service with automatically cease when the porting process completes.

New Existing

Current number to be ported: Your new service will be assigned the number you are porting. This will work for outbound calls as soon as we provision the service. Inbound calls to MyCloud Voice on the number will start working as soon as the porting completes. This can take up to 2 weeks. In the case of a number porting order combined with an order for SOGEA on the line, the porting completes when the SOGEA completes.

Do you require a temporary
number? You can choose to be assigned a temporary number. You can then set up call forwarding from your current telephone service to this number while porting is in progress. Outbound calls will present the ported number.
