Secure hosted backup platform

Cerberus hosts your data in 2 separate data centres to eliminate any single points of failure, ensuring data availability in the unlikely event of a major site outage. Data is stored highly encrypted, with an encryption key that you set so that all backup data is secure in transit or at rest.

With the optional Onsite Caching Appliance, you can keep a copy of your backup data on your local network. This means that when you need to recover data, you can download transfer it from storage on your local network, dramatically reducing recovery times.

The MyCloud Online Backup Management console provides a single control panel to manage the backup and recovery operations for your entire infrastructure. From here you can set-up backup jobs, monitor logs, manage alerts and reports, and run restore operations. The console can be installed on multiple user’s systems and connects to our central cloud management platform. As the management platform has 2-way communication with the backup clients, you can manage the backup and restore operations from anywhere with an Internet connection.

MyCloud Online Backup 2.0 services are charged monthly based on a simple device and storage model, calculated by your current usage.
